Payment Terms & Method : 1. Invoice and Payment Schedule: Invoices will be issued upon the confirmation of the order. Payment terms are advance on date of the invoice. A detailed payment schedule will be provided with each transaction. 2. Delivery Terms : All bananas will be shipped in accordance with the agreed-upon Incoterms. The specific terms, whether EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or others, will be clearly outlined in the sales contract or invoice.
